(4-5 presentations, workshops, and/or field trips)

(current student I.D. required at check-in, unlimited programs)
Kids 12 & under are FREE!

The Mono Basin Bird Chautauqua is now three whole days.

Registration begins April 15, 2010


There are 3 ways to register…

 

1. ONLINE: register here beginning April 15, 2010. Register on the secure site for the events you wish to participate in along with your complete contact and payment information. You will be registered for the events of your choice based on availability. We recommend planning your first and alternate choices in advance before following this link to the secure site.
 

2. FAX: Complete the fax/mail registration form then mail or fax it back to us. Fax and mail registrations will be processed beginning on 5:00 pm on April 15. Please do not register for events marked FULL on the online registration page. This service is only available to those who don't have access to online registration or are unable to do so the day registration begins. Fax your form to: (760) 647-6377 or mail to: Chat Registration, PO Box 29, Lee Vining, CA 93541.

 

3. If you have friends or family that do not have access to the internet, do not despair. Please call Lisa Cutting or Bartshe Miller at (760) 647-6595 for assistance. Please do not request this service if you are able to register via your computer as it will only prevent us from expeditiously working though registration requests. 
 

CHECK-IN:

All participants are required to check-in prior to participating in any events.
If you don’t check-in you may lose your spot. The check-in area will be located at the Lee Vining Community Center Friday and Saturday beginning at 6:00 AM. On Thursday, June 17 you will be able to check in at the Mono Lake Committee Information Center and Bookstore from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Walk-in registration will be offered concurrently with check-in throughout the event (see above).

REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel by June 3, 2010 we will refund your registration less a $15 processing fee per registration. Sorry, no refunds after that date.
