Trip# 361: Developing bird ID skills through observing (outdoor workshop)
Description: This workshop focuses on how to be a better observer, which will in turn help quicken your identification skills and enrich your birding experience. The workshop will start indoors with exercises to work on specific observation skills and tricks. The group will then put the new skills to the test on real birds at feeders. This workshop is for those who are keen on becoming better birders at all levels. Please bring something to write or draw on, and you may want to bring a camp chair or stool, otherwise we will be sitting on the ground at times. (driving miles: 0; hiking difficulty: easy)
