Janice Gardner (she/her) Janice Gardner is the Executive Director and a Certified Wildlife Biologist at Sageland Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City, which provides science-based strategies for wildlife and land conservation; community science is at the heart of their work. Janice leads a team of talented communications and outreach specialists and scientists to implement conservation programs, including the Intermountain West Shorebird Survey. An east-coast transplant, she has lived in Utah for nearly 20 years and is passionate about the Great Salt Lake and birds.
