Presenter Details

Emma Cox (she/her) Emma discovered birding in her twenties through seasonal biological field work. She now works for the Institute for Bird Populations, running bird survey crews in the Tahoe region, primarily focused on meadow restoration projects. Her favorite things to talk about are birds and bird sounds, and she looks forward to becoming increasingly neurotic and obsessive about birding and birds throughout her lifetime.
